Haroon Fayaz Bazaz ,who was arrested in the month of may 2022 by Cyber Crime Kashmir in two FIR's

HAROON fayaz bazaz who was arrested at Pahadganj Delhi in the month of May 2022 by Cyber Crime Kashmir in Two FIR'S under Section 420 IPC,419 IPC and 66-D of Information technology Act (IT Act).

The Cyber Crime Kashmir has received 19 Applications/ Complaint against the above named accused and Number of Protests has taken place in press colony against the above named accused and Finally Debuty INSP General Of Jammu and Kashmir Police has Constituted a special team in order to arrest the above named accused who was abscond since 2021 , The above named accused was Arrested by special team headed by INSP Mosin (I.O) of the case at Pahadganj area in Delhi Further the Above named accused has Hired IMF Legal Experts (Adv. Manzoor Sadiq Ganie,Adv Imtiyaz Aziz Baigh and Adv Faizan Ul Haq Mattoo for Bail. Meanwhile the conscels for the accused has presented Bail application in favour of Accused and the Ld.Chief Judicial Magistrate has transferred the same application to Judge Small Causes/ Sub Judge (Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Querishi), the Ld Sub/Judge Mr Fayaz Ah Querishi heard Counsel for the Accused Adv.Manzoor Sadiq Ganie and Prosecution APP Mr Latif and decided the Bail application on merits and finally dismissed the Bail application at threshold stage, Meanwhile the Defence Lawyer Adv Manzoor Sadiq Ganie and Associates approached ld.CJM for Successive Bail application in favour of Accused and finally the second bail applicationwas transferred to City Judge Mr Ajay Kumar at Srinagar and Finally the Ld. City Judge heard both the counsels Defence as well as Prosecution side, and Ld. City Judge released the above named accused on bail in Two different FIR'S.
